Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Each piece we sell is handled with care.

  • We aim to dispatch within 7 working days
  • Works are shipped via tracked, insured courier or specialist art delivery
  • You may receive shipping confirmation once your piece is on its way

Delivery usually takes up to 14 days, though this can vary depending on location and the nature of the work.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, value, and destination.

  • All works are fully insured in transit
  • International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT, which are the responsibility of the buyer

Returns & Cancellations

Because most works are original, one-of-one pieces, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

We’re always happy to provide:

  • Additional images
  • Videos
  • Condition details

before purchase — just ask.


Deposits & Reserved Works

If you place a deposit to reserve a work:

  • The piece is held exclusively for you
  • Deposits are non-refundable after 7 days
  • In some cases, we may offer a credit note at our discretion

Damaged or Incorrect Works

If your artwork arrives damaged or not as described, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll resolve it quickly with:

  • A repair
  • Replacement (where possible)
  • Or a refund

(We may ask for photos to help assess.)
