The Basics

By placing an order with us, you’re agreeing to these terms.

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
  • We may occasionally need to decline or cancel an order (we’ll always let you know and refund you if so)
  • These terms may be updated from time to time — the latest version will always be on our site

Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Artwork & Our Website

Everything you see on our site — artworks, images, text, branding — is owned by Shug Gallery, the artists, or our partners.

  • Content is for personal use only
  • Reproduction or commercial use isn’t allowed without permission

We do our best to represent works accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly depending on screens. If you want more images or details before buying, just ask.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)
  • Shipping is calculated separately (see Delivery & Returns)
  • Payment is taken at checkout

If we spot an error (price, description, etc.), we’ll contact you before processing to confirm how you’d like to proceed.

Deposits & Payment Plans

We’re happy to offer flexibility on higher-value works.

  • A deposit secures an artwork
  • For commissioned pieces, a 50% deposit is required
  • The remaining balance is due within 60 days

While a work is reserved, it’s taken off the market for you.

Important:
If the balance isn’t paid within the agreed timeframe, the work may be released and any payments made are non-refundable.
