How We Ship
Every artwork is handled with care.
- All works are shipped via tracked and insured courier
- We select the best method based on the size, value, and destination of the piece
- Where needed, we may use specialist art couriers for larger or high-value works
You’ll receive confirmation once your work is on its way.
Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days.
Some works (especially framed or larger pieces) may take a little longer to prepare — if so, we’ll let you know upfront.
Delivery Times
- UK: typically within 2–5 working days after dispatch
- International: usually 5–14 working days, depending on destination
These are estimates — once the work leaves us, timing is in the hands of the courier, but we’ll always help if anything goes off track.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:
- Size and weight
- Value (for insurance)
- Delivery location
All shipments are fully insured in transit.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Please note:
- Import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply depending on your country
- These charges are the responsibility of the buyer
- Couriers such as Royal Mail or Parcelforce (or local partners) will contact you directly if payment is required
Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing.
Packaging
We take packaging seriously.
- Works are packed using gallery-standard materials
- Larger works may be shipped boxed or crated
- Where suitable, works may be shipped rolled to ensure safe transit
On Arrival
Please check your artwork as soon as it arrives.
If there are any issues, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll sort it quickly.
